Does anyone know when the birthday cut off for American Idol auditions is? Saughter turns 16 in August but closest auditions are in June

You have to be 16 to 28 years old on June 12, 2009, which makes the relevant cutoff date June 12, 1993 (you have to be born between June 13, 1980 and June 12, 1993).
