Does anyone know if ticketmaster takes paypal?

No they do not take PayPal. Here is info I got from the Ticketmaster site:

Ticketmaster.com accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. If the event for which you are buying tickets is located in the United States, Ticketmaster.com accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network and Diner's Club. If the event for which you are buying tickets is located in Canada, Ticketmaster.ca accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club and Sears Canada. In certain cases, for certain events, some of these methods of payment are not accepted. Also, Ticketmaster.com does not accept PayPal or other methods of payment.

We also accept debit cards that contain a major credit card logo on it.

It appears that they do not. The website (below) lists only a variety of accepted credit cards.
