This achievement/trophy is actually very simple, I got it my first try. What you do is spot the enemies when the lights are on in the tunnel and when the lights go out, kill them. Make sure to time your kills right to where you're not still shooting when the lights turn back on and wasting a kill. You should still be able to see an outline of an enemy even when the lights are out, so it shouldnt be too much of a blind fire. Also, putting the diffuculty down to Recruit for this trophy/achievement will make it go by smoother. There are plenty of "victims" in the tunnel to kill, so killing a few with the lights on wont completely jeopardize the trophy/achievement. Plus, you can always restart the checkpoint if you mess up.
Good luck, and godspeed. Any more questions, personal message me.
