the recipe has never been revealed. i believe they are a crab based patty, but we may never know.

Plankton, the owner of the Krusty Krab's rival restaurant, The Chum Bucket, is always trying to find out the mystery ingredients for the Krabby patty formula. The secret formula is never actually revealed, though in one episode the paper with the written formula is unraveled, revealing censored gibberish."
