I actually do. She has already written a number of episodes of The Office, and I think she is great as an actress on the show as well.

With her new show, she's being held up as the next Tina Fey of NBC. I think that's probably stretching things, because outside of The Office, she doesn't have a lot of writing experience.

However, I think the new show should be really interesting to see. I'm sure it will be funny, and I think she will be able to carry it.
