Yes and no. I didn't know him by name, but your question made me curious, so I looked him up. He is the lead singer of Dead or Alive (who I also didn't know by name) and their biggest hit is "You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)", which is a song I have heard of, so I kind of know who Pete Burns is.
