The trailer for Precious looks, well, precious.

As a fifty year old middle class white guy, you might not think that I would be a target audience for Precious. You might be wrong. We all face hard times, breathtakingly hard times that threaten to destroy our spirit. Overcoming obstacles against all odds, and just surviving life sometimes seems like all we can expect.

I'm going to see this movie.
