You're not the only one, but I think you are missing out by not recognizing his comedy genius. He uses intentionally antagonistic characters to provoke genuine reactions from people in awkward situations. The list of famous and powerful people he interviewed on Da Ali G Show rivals the guest list of many popular interview shows, and many of the responses he elicited are both revealing and hilarious.

I think his comedy literally splits the audience down the middle, you either appreciate it or you hate it!

No, you are not the only one.
I do not like his movies.
It even upsets me to listen to the commercials of his movies.
On the other had, my best friend likes his movies.
I think it all depends on your taste.
