Unfortunately the majority of these are not Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's). Thomasnet primarily advertises suppliers and resellers.

Unfortunately these are also not OEM's. In this case these are the same as Thomasnet but include more fitting labs and orthopedic clinics.
I am looking for a list of companies similar to those found in:
