Open Outlook Express Select Tools>message rules>mail Select the mail rules tab and click new

In the first box where it says "Select the Conditions for your Rule", click the box next to "For All Messages"

In #2, Select Actions for your Rule, click the box that says "Forward it to People"

In the last box, write the email you want to forward it to and then click OK.
