Enrollment keeps increases and facilities are not expanding seat count. People are paying and price is increasing. It cost hundreds of millions of dollars to create a private university and accredition barieers are enormous. Look at University of Phoenix, it has taken them almost a decade to gain credibility and will never compete against Yale, Princeton, Harvard, or Oxford.

Upkeep of facilities usually takes out a good cut from the costs. However, I may be high minded by this, but I would really hope they are paying the professors and instructors a salary & benefits that is commensurate with their knowledge, skill, and duties. And that these people are of very high quality. That being said, the cost of everything is going up so would the cost of education.

What are the enrollment numbers?
If enrollment is going up and its more difficult to get a seat in class and Universities are not expanding then why aren't more people enrolling online?
