Where can I go to school to learn all about cacao? From planting to harvesting

You won't find any Cacao schools in the northern hemisphere you'll have to go to where it's cultivated. Either way I am not sure there is any specific school, your best bet would be to take a generic horticulture class, learn about plants and planting in general and then branch out from there to a specialty.
