Internet service! I can log into Mahalo Answers

While the research articles, abstracts and librarian answer service was my favorite service also for a long time, the net has grown and more answers are now found there - like at Mahalo for example! Free library computer service also means laser printing, help using computers, and faster connection!
It depends on which service gives me the answer I am looking for that day.
Some days it is the free articles and abstracts that are accessible from home on the Internet using your public library card to login, because none of those articles/abstracts are on the Internet. That gives me so much more information to find answers.
Some days when even "insider" information is not enough, my favorite service is the reference or quick answers service. This is by phone or by email. By phone you can add details to your question during library hours. The advantage of emailing the librarian is that you can ask a question anytime in 24 hours and an answer back anytime - sometimes even with an article attached!
So, whichever service finds me the answers to difficult questions on that day is my favorite!
