Define your "best". Does best mean "bang for your buck"? Does it mean easy to get in and easy to get out? Does it mean good placement history? Or are you talking about the best (like harvard, princeton, ucla)? There is no such thing as "best" university. Decide what is the most important thing about a university for you, and then see which ones match your criteria.

So, yea, if you can tell me a little more about what should a best university must have for you, I may be able to help. Of course, this must have is in addition to the fact that it has to offer MA Mass Comm, and it must allow students from abroad if the university is outside India.
