The last lecture was delivered by Randy Pausch on September 18, 2007. It was in front of 400 people at Carnegie Mellon University. The presentation was about the his cancer that claimed his life in matter of months. His CT scans was presented during the time.

The lecture was not *about* his cancer. It mentioned his cancer only at the beginning.

The lecture was titled "Really Fulfilling Your Childhood Dreams" and it was about that. Even more than that it was using that topic to explain some of what he's learned about being effective and accomplishing what you want.
