What are the best data structure and/or introductory algorithms text books? Other than, Knuth, CLR, Aho, Sedgewick, Weiss...Ugrad level.

The book that worked for me personally was Data Structures Using C and C++ - Langsam, Augenstein, Tenenbaum

The other one that is recommended by most people for algorithms would be
Introduction to Algorithms

http://www.amazon.com/Introduction-Algorithms-Second-Thomas-Cormen/dp/0262032937/ref=pd_sim_b_7

The rest that I know revolves around Knuth, Weiss, Sedgewick, ... all in your list
