An essay by Susan Coulter titled "Frankstein - a cautionary tale of bad parenting" (1) analyzes the relationship between Victor Frankenstein and the creature. The essay contains many quotes, including the following:

We felt that they were not the tyrants to rule our lot according to their caprice, but the agents and creators of all the many delights which we enjoyed." (page 37)
"You, my creator, would tear me to pieces, and triumph..." (page 140)
You can also sift through Mahalo's page on Frankenstein quotes: http://www.mahalo.com/Frankenstein_Quotes. The page includes links to Wikiquote and LitQuote.
