I think I answered one of your other questions.
I also said Rosetta stone was expensive too.
So quizlet.com is probably going to help you the best. Since it is free to use. Good luck any other japanese related questions feel free to ask.

This is widely regarded as one of the best sites to start one's search for information (I've lived in Japan for 6 years, and I still use it).
For specific language learning tools, I can recommend:
1. Michel Thomas Method: Japanese Foundation Course (CD course)
http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=ISBN-10%3A+0340974575&x=0&y=0
2. JapanesePod101.com
You can download some very good free podcasts from here.
http://www.japanesepod101.com
3. There are also some very good Japanese learning iPhone apps (if you have an iPhone/iPod Touch), which are very cheap in comparison to textbooks and CD materials.
Another good website to guide you in learning Japanese is the blog site:
http://www.alljapaneseallthetime.com
Good luck with your studies!

Other than Rosetta Stone, what is a awesome way to learn Japanese?
Why I said something other than Rosetta Stone is because it is expensive. I would love to go abroad too, but my grades are not good....any advice?

Probably the most extensive source of Japanese learning sources (and other Japanese related info) can be found on Jim Breen's Japanese Page: http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/japanese.html
