1.Get a paper
2.put your one foot on the paper.
3.Trace your foot.
4.And then you will be able to measure anything perimeter length or breadth.

You could stand in some sand and measure from the longest toe to the farthest back you can go.

You could stand on some paint then step onto a piece of paper thats marked off in inches (maybe a grid sheet)

My brother and me used to do this when we're younger... we put one foot on a paper and we trace it using a pen. ^^ try that one too then get a ruler to measure it.

Get the grid sheet and trace your foot as said in the previous posts. Then if you or any one you know has AutoCad or any other drawing software, draw your foot on this software according to the measurements. Select the object you just drew and the software will calculate the area of your foot for you, with the "calculate area command".
