when you get 40m$ you can cashout it to paypal or check 40m$ in dollar is 30$ easy right

You can also write tasks and submit them to earn cash, but as far as I know you have to earn a lot of points before you'll be able to do so.

Chacha is a company kind of like mahalo where you can text a question and have it answered by a human being, or receive an archived answer to your question. If you're one of those human beings answering questions, the pay is poor, but you can have direct access to it with a debit card linked to your chacha account, a chacha card.
