What I need is a sample of a lesson plan which includes either Problem solving or discovery learning

I need examples of how to develop a Lesson plan using one of this instructional strategies: Problem solving or discovery learning for students from Kindergarten - 4 grade.
Will you please help me!!

Have you tried PBS? They have a massive lesson plan section that includes tonnes of problem solving lessons for all age groups...
