God's "Actual" Christian name?

How many Christian religions give a name to God, and what are they?

Besides Yahweh another pronunciation of God's name is Jehovah. It's the same word in Hebrew as Yahweh, just a different transliteration/pronunciation.

The name of the Christian God is widely considered to be "יַהְוֶה" or "Yahweh." Misinterpretations of this word has led to many people believing God's name to be "I AM" or "the Great I AM" which is what he calls himself in the book of Exodus.
