Does anyone know the origin of the word "minkya"? All state workers use it, and Ive yet to discern its exact meaning.

It is an exclamation for "disbelief" according to slang dictionaries.

ohoh. language is turning into so much regional-based slang that no one understands anyone, but one in one's own region-based cult..... ohoh!
