University of Phoenix offers a legitimate degree in psychology online, they have several campuses as well. Not only will they accept credits from other learning institutions but their credits will transfer to some as well. I go to a state college and we accept them. There are other schools that will offer the psychology degree online, but it may not be that widely advertised. In addition, many will offer advanced degree programs to get your BA in 18 to 24 months. This can involve a combination of night and/or weekend classes and online learning. Yes, I have heard positive things about this school and they do posess credentials. However, these credentials may or may not be accepted everywhere. Nowhere on your degree does it state whether or not your degree was earned online. No matter what you choose, good luck.
