Are there any French language television stations in the United States?
I would like to hear various French accents and real conversations, not just the taped versions on the teaching dvds. I know there is Telemundo for those who speak Spanish, and I have stumbled across some Asian language stations but is there anything for French?

Try contacting your cable/satellite provider: Dish Network and DirecTV have, as part of their options, TV5Monde, 3A Télésud (a French-language channel from North Africa), and TraceTV (a French music video channel).

It sure doesn't look like it. The closes to the US would be Canada.
