Quoting a blog is the same as quoting any other source. You use quotes for a couple of lines, and any more than that you put it in block quotes (with indentations, etc).
If your question is about citing a blog rather than quoting, this is correct MLA formatting in your bibliography:
Valenza, Joyce K. "Citing a Blog Entry in MLA Style." entry. Neverending Search. Springfield Township High School. 10 Jan. 2007. (http://joycevalenza.edublogs.org/permalink06). 31 Jan. 2007.
Lastname, Firstname, "Title of individual blog entry." entry. Name of Weblog. Sponsoring organization if any. Date posted. (URL) Date accessed.
