I know Bush already approved one that should still be coming yet this spring. As far as the newest one, that's up to Congress and Obama. Since all three branches are supposed to be happily functioning as if there is only one branch now that Obama's in office, if that's what they want, it will happen.

Not to say that it's out of the question that we might see another personal check meant to encourage us to individually stimulate the economy, but I don't think that's the priority of this particular plan.

Obama has said that he doesn't want to just "throw money at the problem" -- not sure if that's in reference to Bush just giving us cash to spend as we please or not, but the main focus of the new stimulus plan is to create jobs, improve technology at schools, etc.
