If Obama is not going to raise taxes, who is paying for the stimulus bill, what will it cost and when will it come due?

Carbon caps will cost the consumer more in energy consumption than all the tax credits combined, especially if more money is wasted on solar/wind energy instead of nuclear energy. The current stimulus plan to provide 3000 miles of transmission lines is a pathetic attempt to address a complex distribution problem that doesn't even include energy resources to supplement the transient nature of solar and wind energy (which under ideal design conditions could only provide 20% of the entire grid). Using the government to provide the handouts is another (costly) middleman that the consumers will have to pay for, including tons of red tape. Using the government to subsidize repairs in a local school (Obama's example), such as painting a wall is an absurd waste of money (what ever happened to community service and responsibility). Creating a society that becomes dependent of government handouts are a sure way turn us into vegetative zombies unable to fend for ourselves. Taking your right for secret voting our of union meetings, providing political propaganda to elementary school children, implementing controls on free speech; all of this brings us closer to a totalitarian government instead it wrapped in the guise of a stimulus bill that creates jobs. The cost of this stimulus bill is more than money, it puts our future into bondage.

The thing I don't understand about this very detailed question is, "Who suggested Obama is not going to raise taxes?"

I think many of your details, while passionate, seem to be slippery slopes tempered with allegations with no sources. I understand venting, but I don't think it is constructive to post a strong political statement under the guise of a question, and then answer the question the way you see fit for yourself.

Perhaps if you took your long details section apart and asked questions specific to the many points you made, I could make better sense of what type of answers you want.

The US government is a far cry from totalitarian, and to assume that this country would allow the future you propose belittles their intelligence, passion, and power.

But if I had my choice of hypothetical extremes, I'd rather be in a totalitarian secular regime run by a sycophant and some dorky technocrats than a Confederate Theocracy run by some miserable, bomb-loving idiot that rolls back civil rights and continues to sell Jesus to get votes.

Some how people don't seem to realize that an increase in "hidden" taxes, is an increase in taxes. Like the carbon tax?! Sure it hurts everyone- from the people that drive for a living, to the people that use utilities, but it's really going to hurt the poor people who have to use almost all of their income just to survive. (Weren't those the people Obama said he'd help?)

Another tax on trading stocks and bonds and even an increase in cigarette tax.

Who will pay for the stimulus? Well a lot of us will be- though some of us won't notice since we will be paying as we go. We are also going more in debt for it. I wouldn't be surprised if the increase in taxes only covers the interest on the debt.

I don't think there is any way to say how much the stimulus bill will cost. Theoretically, we could keep paying interest on it forever and never put a cent towards the principle. On the other hand, we could really crack down, cut programs, and pay off the debt in just a few years. I know that the later option is highly unlikely- but the bottom line is, the sooner we pay off our debt, the less we pay in interest.
