There are a variety of companies that are currently specalizing in digitial audio distribution. You can find a complete list here: http://www.google.ca/search?q=digital+music+distribution
To determine the best value, request a whitepaper or customized case study that illustrates the niche specific results from a selection of these companies. Value is really the return on your investment and depends entirely on the specific arena that your music is competing in.
I do however suggest that in addition to using the services of one (or many) of these companies that you also hire an online marketing specialist. This person should work along with the distribution company to plan social, static and cross media campaigns. This isn't particularly hard work, but when completed independently can have a significant impact on the distribution of your music as a whole.

Who offers the best value for a band to get their songs onto digital distribution (iTunes, Amazon) without a physical CD product?
I'm looking to get our band's EP release into digital distribution. We do not have a professional pressed CD, so we don't want to use CD Baby. Who else delivers the best value/chances for getting your songs onto iTunes, Amazon, Rhapsody, etc?
