If the products on your site vary greatly, you could define a goal for each product type, with the path ending in your common check-out page.

Is there a "Sales by Day of Week" in Google Analytics?
Trying to find a quick report that will show # of transactions and revenue totaled by day of the week. Is there a standard report in Google Analytics that will provide this?

This is pretty simple to do with a goal. Define a goal that includes your final check-out page in the path. Then assign a dollar amount to the goal (the average sales amount on your site). This will allow the goals page to show you both total transactions and total dollars by the day, by the week and by the month. If the products on your site vary greatly, you could define a goal for each product type, with the path ending in your common check-out page.

Thanks - I have the goals configured with revenue reporting enabled. Is there a way to report sales for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc over a period of months?
