Does anyone know how to get Amazon Seller Central product data out of Amazon?

I am a merchant on the platform and I have invested in a back office suite for my product management, however I need to get it all out of Amazon! There is a very generic reporting tool but it doesn't give me access to images, descriptions etc.

I was thinking maybe a Yahoo pipe using the Amazon APIs?

Thoughts?
