I am not very sure but this sure is a issue which would differ from country to country.
However, I think best idea would be to check your local bureau or agency is in charge with trade marks and copyrights.
I am 99.99% positive you will have to register yourself as an author of (list of one-liners) and then you will add a small brand logo and also a copyright notice on that small label is on all t-shirts in neck area .. and also on the site where you'll sell t-shirts ..

Satirical humor focused t-shirt business - how do I trademark/copyright my one-liners?
I'm looking to start a satirical humor t-shirt business and have worked on one-liners that will be on the t-shirts (i.e. http://www.tshirthell.com is a good example), but am worried that other t-shirt sites might copy my one-liners if I do not trademark/copyright them. How can I go about copyrighting my one-liners?
