Since geological processes have a far longer time-scale than human activities and interests, it is probably impossible to state with any certainty which volcano in N. America (or elsewhere) will erupt next. However, Long Valley Caldera in northeastern California may well be revving up for an eruption. It has seen activity over the past few decades, and doming in the middle of the caldera seems to indicate a potentially large magma chamber underneath (for more details see http://www.pbs.org/wnet/savageearth/volcanoes/html/sidebar1.html).

Some nice photos of various N. American volcanoes is available at http://www.geol.ucsb.edu/faculty/hacker/photos/northAmerica/.

Mt. Rainier is also a major candidate for the next eruption. It is also very close to the cities of Tacoma and Auburn, in Washington state, making it the most dangerous volcano in the US.
