I think that u should just put a cool looking belt with a matching purse and maybe a jacket to go with it. Earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and rings would also go well, but they should be matching

A white dress with black polka dots is pretty elaborate as is. Keep the accessories simpler still. Good lip-gloss and hoop earrings will do the trick. The hoop earrings should not be too big, try medium-small.

Go bold! Your dress has a bold look, with a strong black and white graphic print.

Dangly earring could look really cute as long as they are not too huge. Black earrings of course would work, but if you want to be more creative, red earrings would make a strong complement to the black and white and make sure that even with the cool dress, the focus is still on your face.

If the dress is at all retro-looking, a short pearl necklace would be great with it, but it's not necessary.
