"Carnivale" was a fun series that ended at the end of it's second season...on a cliffhanger. Apparently it had tremendous fan support, but HBO declined to continue it saying that the story had played itself out. This was a bit odd because not only did very few of the first season's questions get answered, but the cliffhanger series finale opened up a ton of new questions in and of itself.
Regardless, it's still a great series. I

HBO TV Network had a series that got axed into its second season called "Carmanville", true?
I cannot find anything on the TV show, apparently Carmanville lasted for two seasons and finished on a cliffhanger. I would like to see this programme but cannot find anything online about it

I think you're thinking of the HBO series "Carnivale". It was a great series about good vs. evil that incorporated fun paranormal elements, corrupted political and religious officials, and everyone's favorite oddity: carnies."Carnivale" was a fun series that ended at the end of it's second season...on a cliffhanger. Apparently it had tremendous fan support, but HBO declined to continue it saying that the story had played itself out.
