Watch this video! How would you teach your dog to do this?

Post a step by step answer to training a dog to say what it's saying in the video.

I found this training video on YouTube and to get a dog to talk its appears to go like this.

1. Ask it to say something
2. If the Dog tries give it a snack.
3. Rinse/Repeat until you dog is good enough for Letterman.
