Well, as you probably already know, there doesn't seem to be too much info on the web about these delightful creatures.
The best sites I came across:
Some general information on English pointers: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pointer_(dog)#Name
The Irish Pointer Club:
http://www.irishpointerclub.com/index.html
Pictures of pointers and pointers for sale: http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/pointer.htm
If you are really serious about the topic, I would suggest investing in a few books specializing on this dog. I've include some links to sites where you can purchase the books online:
Working Pointers and Setters by David Hudson: http://www.workingdogs.com/dog-breeds/irish_setter.htm
Pointer and Setters by Derry Argue:
http://www.dogwise.com/ItemDetails.cfm?ID=DHR195
Pointing Dogs Made Easy by Steven Mulak:
http://www.dogwise.com/ItemDetails.cfm?ID=DHR202
Pointing Dogs: Their Training and Handling by Earl Crangle:

Good luck!

Typically these dogs will carry the kennel name within their full registered name if they are show or field champions, so I’ve been looking for any listings of these dogs among gun dog clubs or bird dog clubs (as they are referred to in Ireland and England) however, none are listed as recent winners (2007-2009) on the Irish Pointer Club Show or Field Trial results pages.
Here’s what I have found and I would recommend that you use this information and links provided for your further research - I hope it proves helpful to you. I've enjoyed looking into the breed history and the particular pedigree you're interested in:
Innistona Pointers (England):
Penzance Pointers (in Michigan http://www.penzancepointers.com/upcominglitters.php) has a one dog (and a recent litter from him) with a distant Innistona pedigree: four generations back on “Freebreeze Cullinane” Ringo is a sire “Ft Ch Innistona Shoot”. You may wish to either contact this breeder if you are interested in this litter or future pups or you could continue to contact US breeders to determine their kennel’s breed stock pedigree connection with the Innistona line.
From what I can determine, Cookrise is also an earlier prominent line that would bring some nice traditional qualities to a litter – this line seems to pop up in many of the lineages that I’ve researched in responding to your question.
Koram Pointers (Ireland):
In June of 2008 a dog named “Major” won the inaugural Western Australia Pointer and Setter National Field Trial – this dog’s registered name: Koram Kris at Innistona (Imp Ire) (Major), owned and handled by Henry Foster. Here I believe you have your Koram and Innistona lines in action! (I have not seen this dog's pedigree to verify)
You can view some really nice photos and the full write up of Major’s winning performance here http://wgaa.blogspot.com/2008/06/wa-pointer-setter-national-field-trial.html. (From: WGAA Working Gun Dog Association of Australia).
Here is another reference to a Koram pointer "Koram Kadara" from an August and Ocotber 2008, Ulster Gundog League trial results blog:
Koram Kadara James Coyle’s Pointer dog (by Koram Joe X Innistona Spice).
The link to the full write up is here (scroll down to all the entries as this dog is mentioned at least twice with a 1st and 2nd place wins): http://forum.irishredsetterclub.com/viewtopic.php?p=209&sid=e7e1fd1dd653e455873b66be761c2671
Rivereske Pointers (Ireland):
I have not been able to locate any information yet on this kennel or pedigree. I will add anything I can find if information pops up!

Rivereske = The late patsy Duncan
Koram = James Coyle.
David Reid was argueably the man to beat in Ireland when it came to pointers. His outstanding achievement was to be first and second in the Irish Champion Stake for pointers and Setters with Int. F.T.Ch. Innistona Bounce and F.T.Ch. Innistona Rhum. Patsy Duncan was involved with pointers for years with a number of different people handling and training for him but he also handled himself argueably his best result the winning of the Irish Champion Stake with Int. F.T.Ch. Flo - Jo. James Coyle handled dogs for David mainly and then travelled a lot with Patsy but when the hill became too much for David and he retired from competition James registered his own kennel name of Koram. He has been quite successful in his own right both making up some of his own dogs and breeding champion dogs for his friends from Strabane Co. Tyrone.
The dogs are all from the Innistona base and David Reid still has an input to the breeding programme but James is now formulating his own plans.

Hi pointernut, Well! This has been an interesting investigation. As you know, these names refer to the Irish and English kennel or breeder names for these wonderful hunting dogs and house companions. Seems this newer member may not be familiar with the community yet...however, serious research was conducted and good info provided here on the askers behalf. Asker even commented on one answer as being very helpful. I question this users motives. Not sure what's up.

Here's an English female "Penny" with Innistona AND Riveresk lines: http://www.ukbirddogs.com/penny.htm Note that these kennel names are spelled differently than in your original question.

I'll add a third comment to my original answer - as this research keeps calling me back. The River Esk is in the Lake District of England - and as such I'd suggest that this breeder/kennel and thus line of pointers is English in origin as apposed to Irish. Still the only reference to a "Riveresk" line is through "Penny" noted above.
Another incredibly famous kennel name is Elhew, which you are probably aware of. This kennel is considered one of the foundation kennels for the English Pointer. You can see more about this breeding program here: http://www.elhewkennels.org/breeding.htm. The original female was a Scottish pointer named Jem of Fearn. Many kennels here in America are striving to carry on the traditional field qualities and breeding goals of the original Elhew lines. Hope that is helpful :)
