Are there certain breeds of dogs that have a helicopter tail wag?

My dog's tail wags in a full circle. I've never seen that before but when she gets going, she might lift off at any moment.

I've seen dachsunds that do it. It is particular to the dog though, and not the breed. Some dogs just have more flexible muscles around their tails and in great excitement are able to twirl it about.

I know my old yellow lab did that, I always thought it was funny, he also had about a 4ft vertical leap, whenever he did both it looked like he was trying to take off. I don't know if it has anything to do with breeds though.
