Does anyone know why homes in Rumson, New Jersey were evacuated this morning? Apparently there is a SWAT team on the scene?

Apparently the story continues to develop. From FOX News New York (myfoxny.com)...
RUMSON, N.J. - Homes in the affluent town of Rumson, New Jersey were evacuated Friday morning by S.W.A.T. teams.
It's not clear why the heavily armed law enforcement group was called to the area of Ridge Road and Navesink Avenue.
The Monmouth County town is east of Red Bank.

Update from news source in Red Bank, New Jersey...
http://www.redbankgreen.com/redbankgreen/2009/05/swat-team.html
Police on the scene at 7 Ridge Road this morning.
A SWAT team was mobilized and at least one Rumson home was evacuated this morning after reports of shots being fired in a residential neighborhood of Rumson.
Authorities aren't yet talking on the record. But sources tell redbankgreen that the alleged shooter is in custody after leaving the scene.
An earlier report said police were checking area hospitals and searching locally for a man with a possible gunshot wound.
Sources say the suspect is the same well-armed man whose distraught condition led authorities to surround his Ridge Road home in February.
In that incident, 49-year-old Seth Kronengold was charged with possession of an illegal assault rifle. A relative had called police in concern for his mental state over tax issues and the loss of his car in a repossession.
