Does anyone know how to find out the RDA for cholesterol?

There is no RDA so to speak for cholesterol. Our need cholesterol. We get some from the fats we eat and we produce some. The key is knowing your overall cholesterol count and your LDL(lousy) and HDL(healthy) ratios.
