Does anyone know how long a wasp sting takes to stop itching? Is two days too long?

Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I've found a similar question being asked on another site and the general consensus is that wasp and bee stings can itch for days or more than a week. I wouldn't worry if I were you.

One responder suggested it might be a good idea to "try mixing a little baking soda in some water, making a paste and apply it to the red area".

You can check the link in the source anyway, have a look at all the comments and you'll see that there are things you can do to soothe the itching. but you don't need to worry :)
