Does any1 know how I can create/copy lisa's clown costume from Americas Next Top Model cycle 13 at home 4 a Halloween party!?

Lisa's from the new season cycle 13 she got kicked off already but I luv this costume shes wearing like black leather shorts or jumper i cant tell and big puff balls around her neck. I think its adorable! I want to copy her look for halloween if any1 can help please.....! But I cant spend over $150 but rather do it way cheaper then that. I am totally into fashion so I like crxy cute out there costumes so if u have any input or suggestions let me know. And if u can think of any cuter ideas thanks so much!!

Well, the base of the costume looks like it's just black leather.
(see Lisa's picture at bottom)
Depending on how close you want your costume to match, you might be forking out a pretty penny for this.

From what I can see of the 'pom-pom' looking balls that cover her neck, it looks like they're made from netting material that you can pick up from a local fabric store.

Here's an example of netting material that is used in a dress.

I'm not sure exactly how those balls are made, but it looks like different colors of netting were knotted into a ball (all the same length) and cut at the edges.

Of course you can get creative and use other materials if you can't find enough colors of netting locally.

I'm sure you'll make a great clown regardless!
