about Falun Gong
Do you believe that the Chinese leaders who are responsible for the persecution of the Falun Gong should be arrested?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

You never know the actual circumstances which paved way for persecution of Falun Gong. We know only what has been projected by media of USA and other countries. The "Iron Hand" policy of Chinese government may seem harsh and objectionable, but it is one of the reasons why China is what it is now, a super-power. The Government first banned it and Falun Gong had sufficient time to stop its activities. But when it did not, the Government took stern steps. Government cannot be blamed for that. It might have done what it thought to be good for the country and the society.
Therefore, it is too early to comment anything.
Hope you understand. Thanks

¿China Superpower? ...hummm.... not so fast. When they build 13 nuclear aircraft carriers as the US did, when they invent something better than Internet, land a man on the moon, build their first fleet of Space Shuttles (which the US is retiring now due to more than 20 years of use), gather the largest corporations in the world on any field such as General Electric, Yahoo, Boeing, Apple, Microsoft, IBM, Walt-Mart, Nike, AT&T, Ford, Google or General Motors... then you could talk about a Chinese Superpower. In the mean time they are just another very rich nation with accelerated growth and a huge demographic problem to solve (remember those 1.300 million souls they nest?)
From the teeth out (30 km. Mag-Lev running from Shanghai to the Airport)...
From the teeth in (poor children at Kampala Pass on the road to Tibet)...
¿Quite some Superpower, eh? Any how, here is my vote for your Falung Gong answer.
Thank you everybody for voting it as the best answer. Regards
