They recently did a fascinating episode about Vampire Physiology.Where the extrapolated information about known 'vampires' such as the Vampire bat and the Mosquito and applied it to the fictional vampires from legend and mythology.
It worked really nicely and they explained and predicted what sort of behaviour, and problems such a creature would have... including its digestive and excretory systems.... Because of the large amount of water found in blood any vampire would have to be able to get rid of it quickly or it would be too heavy to move or fly... so its more likely to pee than to poop.
