Do Blackberry PIN to PIN messages reconcile with Outlook?

Say the Exchange or BES server is down and users communite via PIN. Would these messages reconcile with Outlook once the server(s) are back up?
Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

No they do not. PIN to PIN and Blackberry Messenger PINS do NOT reconcile with OUTLOOK.

Not sure why you are asking, but keep in mind if on BES the Admin can enable and view PIN to PIN.

Thanks! Asking just to see how this could tie into a disaster recovery/backup solution. If users continue to communicate via PIN while the server(s) are down, they would want to have the PIN mesages in Outlook once back up.

Have them do a BCC to thier own email address. Then there will be a copy.

PIN messages are messages that are sent directly from one Blackberry device to another. It does not go through the email system (even if the servers are up and fully working). They're a completely separate system so if I had to guess that'd be a no.

Yes, they are a completely separate system, but the message is still in the BB inbox. Basically, what I need to *aboslutely* confirm is when someone syncs/reconciles their BB with Outlook, do the PIN emails get imported into Outlook?
