Bayberry (Myrica Cerifera) is a stimulating astringent that raises the vitality of the system. It improves circulation and is also a strengthening hormones balancer.

Black Walnut is rich in organic iodine and manganese that nourishes and strengthens thyroid function, helping to improve a sluggish metabolism.

-Sometimes simple procedures may be prescribed instead of medicines to ensure efficient and fast healing. Some of these may include:

-A gentle tapping of the thyroid gland ten times, three time a day
Soaking the feet in water with sea salt

-Rubbing feet with a mixture of castor oil and kelp tincture, wrapping in plastic overnight

None that have been shown to be effective. If you really are hypothyroid, see your doctor, it is easily diagnosed by a simple blood test and easily treated by a relatively inexpensive, completely effective and safe medicine (which essentially just replaced the thyroid hormone).
