Yes they do (Wine and beer). Can you think of any better time to need alcohol than when surrounded by dozens of screaming children?
That said, I think many of the brawls are probably not from the alcohol, but rather competitiveness between parents. Just look at a little league game. The kids are enjoying the game, but it's the parents who treat it as bigger than the Super Bowl, the Kentucky Derby, and the the lower Oakland roller derby finals all rolled into one and end up turning the stands into a pro wrestling match.

Do they serve alcohol at Chuck E. Cheese?
By my count, there's been at least 3 major brawls reported at Chuck E. Cheese restaurants so far this year. Only explanation I can think of is that people are getting drunk there, but I think of it as a children's restaurant.

They should not serve alcohol, but it's a business strategy. They might think if adults get drunk, they will play more video games. Go figure!

We have a Chuck E Cheese in our neighborhood and they do not serve alcohol there. Since it is a childrens establishment for entertainment I do believe that alcohol would not be served at any of them.

Yours may not, but others do. It's a possibility that it depends on the franchise, but as everyone else has said, some locations do serve beer. A friend of mine worked there, and he told me that a few weeks back. I know, it's shocking. :P
