What's the best diet to follow for someone who likes to eat and doesn't want to feel hungry all the time?
I like to eat a variety of foods and I don't like diets that are so calorie restrictive that I wind up feeling hungry at night and overeating.

Some foods get zero points so you can eat as much as you want of them.
You can find folks all over the Internet praising the Weight Watchers
cabbage soup recipe and repeating it with variations. You can make it
ahead of time and keep it in your fridge for eating anytime cold or hot.
Zero points so you can eat as much as you want! :)
I found that was the best tip from their program!
