((Weight Watchers)) has a flexible system based on a point system for foods. They are always updating it to be more flexible and easy to use.
Some foods get zero points so you can eat as much as you want of them.
You can find folks all over the Internet praising the Weight Watchers
cabbage soup recipe and repeating it with variations. You can make it
ahead of time and keep it in your fridge for eating anytime cold or hot.
Zero points so you can eat as much as you want! :)
I found that was the best tip from their program!
