I have had good results with Dr. Oz prescription of 1 slice of whole grain bread with a drizzle of olive oil before dinner. It gives your brain some lead time to know you have eaten. Many of us eat too fast and our brains just can't turn off hunger before we have consumed way too many calories.

I need to recommit to this technique. It worked for me before. I'm eating way too much late at night when I come home hungry.
