I have been on fad diets in the past and they don't work. They don't provide all the nutrients that you need and you end up putting the weight on.

That is why experts such as the American Heart Association recommends healthy diets and exercise.

Sounds petty dubious to me. However, I thought I would add that if you really want to add watermelon to your diet, you could do worse than substituting Watermelon Wheat Beer for your usual brew.
